MAUPawz was born from a simple belief: our pets aren't just animals — they're family.

As a pet parent to two wonderful cats, I've experienced firsthand how much joy, comfort, and unconditional love our furry companions bring into our lives. Their playful personalities, little habits, and endless curiosity inspired me to create something meaningful for fellow pet lovers.

That's how MAUPawz began.

I wanted to create a place where pet parents could discover thoughtful, practical, and fun products that make everyday moments with their cats and dogs even more special.

Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
